SERVOMUTO is a lighting design brand based in Milan.
Since 2010, it has pursued an ambitious goal: to reinterpret a classic object such as the lampshade with a contemporary and distinctly sophisticated twist.

The study and research behind each creation are visible in the continuous stylistic references to the world of architecture and distant places. Much like a haute couture atelier, the lamps come to life: noble materials and precious fabrics are skillfully combined, experimenting with unusual colours and textures. The stylistic choices are elevated by proudly artisanal craftsmanship.

From curved metal structures, to pleating, through to finishes applied by expert seamstresses: the "handmade" quality is more authentic than ever. The "Haute Couture" production deliberately contrasts with the mechanisation of large-scale manufacturing. The playful and dreamy gaze with which SERVOMUTO has always regarded light is wedded to sartorial rigour. The result is far more than a lamp: an object of unique design, with a powerful evocative quality and an exquisitely Italian style.
