Wiener GTV design @ Salone del Mobile 2015 The 54th edition of the Salone del Mobile has closed to great acclaim has closed after welcoming 310,840 visitors through its doors. The visitor numbers confirm the trend seen in 2013, the last time the biennial exhibitions devoted to lighting and the office were held. At Salone del Mobile 2015 the Gebrüder ThonetVienna theatre was conceived for the second consecutive year by CountryLab, this time with the collaboration of English artist Frances Bloomfield. Using 360° video projections that amplify the suggestion of a post-industrial concrete building, providing the wings for the 2015 presentation, GTVs furniture offerings generate a continuous metamorphosis of space: from historic cafés to refined contemporary dwellings that have always chosen the brands unmistakeable creative line. The new collections path of discovery opens into some islands displaying the new offerings in a fertile dialogue with a selection of products presented in 2014.
