For the first time, GTV is at Vienna Design Week, the most important design festival in Austria, which includes around 200 events and welcomes 40,000 visitors every year. GTV is attending with a selection of some of the brand’s best sellers and latest proposals to relate their idea of slow-living in the home. The CZECH chair with armrests is among the most representative pieces of furniture. With its wooden seat and white lacquered structure, it has a modern design that seems to come from a bygone age. The most recent proposals include the SUGILOO chair by Michael Anastassiades, in which the renowned designer has created a refined minimalist tribute to the DNA of Gebrüder Thonet Vienna with whom he shares a love for attention to detail,

The iconic curved wooden chairs on display at Design Week in Vienna
and the BEAULIEU chair designed by Philippe Nigro, with an unusual sinuous backrest that features curves that are assembled like a construction game and meet to create the backrest and armrests so that two kinds of seat can be obtained with just a few modifications. The BODYSTUHL chair by Nigel Coates completes the range of chairs presented by GTV at Vienna Design Week, with a large seat, ergonomic Vienna straw backrest and black lacquered structure. A proposal that reveals a profile with sinuous shapes that form a structure with a variable cross-section, thanks to the virtuosity of the steam bent beech.
