Koloman Moser

Koloman Moser (Vienna 1868 – Vienna 1918), pittore, svolse la sua attività soprattutto nel campo delle arti decorative. Fu uno degli artisti più significativi nell’ambito della secessione viennese.

Collaboratore di Joseph Maria Olbrich, Josef Hoffmann e Otto Wagner, fu inoltre tra i fondatori della Wiener Werkstätte nel 1903, dando vita a modelli per vetri, mobili, oggetti di metallo, stoffe, tappeti, ecc.

Disegnò illustrazioni per giornali. Dopo il 1907 si dedicò prevalentemente alla pittura.
